Jujutsu Kaisen watch order
Watch season 1, then the film Jujutsu Kaisen 0, then season 2 and season 3 (The Culling Game Part 1). That's 59 TV episodes and one film, and there's no filler to skip. Season 4 has been announced but has no air date yet.

This is also the release order. Season 1 finished in March 2021, the film opened in Japan in December 2021 and in the US in March 2022, and season 2 followed in July 2023.
Where does Jujutsu Kaisen 0 go?
Between seasons 1 and 2. The film is a prequel set a year before episode 1, and it introduces Yuta Okkotsu and the second-year students. Season 1 only mentions Yuta, and later episodes assume you know who he is.
You can watch it before season 1 for strict story order. We'd still start with season 1: it explains the world and its rules more gently, and the film lands better once you know the school.
Extras you can skip
- Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution (2025) is a compilation film. It recaps the Shibuya Incident and showed the first two Culling Game episodes early. If you watch seasons 2 and 3, you've seen all of it.
- The Culling Game recap special aired in February 2026, partway through season 3. It's an unnumbered recap, so it isn't in our list. Skip it unless you need a refresher.
What comes next?
Season 4, The Culling Game Part 2, has been announced, but no air date had been given when we checked on Nov 3, 2026. When it airs, we'll check each episode before adding it to the list. Until then, our list stops at episode 59, "Sendai Colony".
Questions
Does Jujutsu Kaisen have filler?
No. All 59 TV episodes adapt the manga. Our arc sheet lists which arc each episode belongs to.
Can I skip the Hidden Inventory arc?
We wouldn't. It's five episodes of Gojo's past, and the Shibuya Incident leans on what happens there.
Is season 3 the same as "The Culling Game"?
Yes. Season 3 is The Culling Game Part 1. Season 4 will be Part 2.
